Upon further and final
analysis, I believe you will find us as the best overall fit to meet your needs.
Keith & Keith Corrections (KKC) was founded in 1996 with a singular focus on
providing detention and corrections facility management. Headquartered in nearby
Charlotte, the parent company, The Keith Corporation, consistently ranks at the top in
development and property/facility management. From the combination of experiences
with state correctional and county detention facilities, KKC has developed an extensive
knowledge of how these facilities operate and the methodologies which are the most
efficient and effective.
Currently, KKC manages over 2.5 million square feet of detention and
correctional facilities in North Carolina wi#h a housing capacity of over 7,000 beds. KKC
operates these facilities with over 85+ employees ranging in skill sets from housekeeping
to electronics technicians to plumbers to facility managers. Additionally, our parent
company, The Keith Corporation (TKC} manages over 1.75 million square feet of county
governmental facilities and courthouses azound the Cabarrus County area. This comprises
an additional employee allotment of 25+ skilled crafts and trades.
Premier Partners
In 2003, KKC initiated a creative approach to providing contracts and services in
the local field of facility and property management. Along with it's parent company,
TKC, it initiated the Premier Partner program. The basis of this was to comb the locale,
region, state, and sometimes nation, in order to gain the best providers of services and
products. The partnership is based upon the alignment of business philosophy,
responsiveness to service request, quality of service or product and price. After an
extensive review process, these Partners were selected for each category or discipline
which was required in the scope of facility or property management. (e.g. 3anitorial,
HVAC Maintenance, Electrical and Plumbing Supplies, Water Treatment, etc.). Our goal
was to leverage our total square footage in our portfolio to gain quality and price.
