The site shall contain a minimum of five acres. <br />2. All structures, viewing and seating areas shall be set back at least one hundred <br />' (100) feet from any street or boundary line. <br />3. The following accessory uses may be permitted as incidental to and limited to <br />' the patrons of the principal use: <br />a) playground <br />' b) refreshment stands or booths, and/or <br />c) souvenir stands or booths. <br />' 4.
