Terms of the contracts: $13,813.00 one time fee for temporary construction easement of 0.727 acres (2,1121ineaz feet X a 15 foot wide right of way) On April 14~', 2008, the Cabarrus County School Board approved the sewer line easement for the Van Every property per the following terms: $8,687.00 one time fee for permanent easement (.119 acres X $73,000 /acre) 1 284.80 one time fee for temporary easement (.088 acres X $73,000 / acre X 20% [temporary]) $9,971.80 total amount approved On August 11`t`, 2008, the Cabamis County School Boazd approved the condemnation of the Van Every property for the same value ($9,971.80) as the previously approved easement due to one of the land owner's delay in executing the contract. The Board of Education is requesting approval and funding by the Board of Commissioners for the West ' Winds Enterprises II temporary easement and the Van Every sewer line easement. Attached aze copies of the contracts and the notice of condemnation which were approved by the Cabarrus County School Board.
