In order to do so, it is <br />working with Suntrust Equipment Finance & Leasing Corp. to secure the <br />appropriate financing to complete the purchase. CWVFD is requesting <br />the Board of Commissioners to execute the Chief Elected Executive <br />Officer's Approval form pursuant to Section 147(f) of the Internal Revenue <br />Code of 1986, as amended, and approve the incurrence by the fire <br />department for an amount up to $415,000 for the purchase of the <br />truck.
