(G.S. 143-129). Bids were opened on September <br />16, 2008 at 2:30 p.m. <br />The following bids were received: <br />Vendor Base Bid Options <br />Hilbish Motor Co. $21,862 each $1,236 each <br />The conclusion is to award the bid package to Hilbish Motor Co. in the $161,686.
