The project consists of 168 condominium units on <br />+/-31.65 acres located at the intersection of Harris Road and Ellenwood <br />' Drive. The project received site plan approval from the City of Concord <br />Planning and Zoning Board on June 20, 2006. A Consent Agreement is <br />required for the project to proceed. Based on the date of approval, <br />' the Voluntary Mitigation Payment is generated from the pre-Au ust <br />g <br />2008 ordinance. <br />REQUESTED ACTION: <br />Motion to consider approval of the Consent Agreement between Cabarrus <br />County and Shea Homes, LLC for the Edison Square condominium <br />project, including the payment of $1,331 per lot to advance school <br />adequacy with payment due prior to the issuance of building permits. <br />Authorize the County Manager to execute the Agreement on behalf of <br />Cabarrus County, subject to review or revisions by the County Attorney. <br />EXPECTED LENGTH OF PRESENTATION: <br />5 Minutes <br />SUBMITTED BY: <br />Kassie G.
