WHEREAS, CTC is a provider of a full range of telecommunications services to the public and Customer desires to purchase certain of these services ("Services") from CTC, and CTC is willing to provide the Services to Customer pursuant to the rates, terms and conditions set forth in this Master Agreement, which includes the "Service Order", the "Terms and Conditions" and any Attachments or exhibits thereto, and/or the rates, terms and conditions in the applicable CTC Tariffs on file with regulatory authorities. The Term of this Master Agreement shall commence on the Effective Date and continue for as long as the term for any Service remains in effect or as long as CTC continues to provide the Customer with any Services hereunder, whichever is longest. The term for each Service will be as indicated in the applicable ordering section for such Service in the Service Order, and such term may be renewed by the parties by (1) execution of a renewal agreement between the parties, (2) through electronic communication between the parties or (3) telephonically. By executing this Master Telecommunications Service Agreement, Customer acknowledges its agreement to the foregoing renewal methods, and warrants and represents that its personnel communicating electronically, telephonically or otherwise with CTC respresentatives regarding a renewal have the authority to bind Customer to such renewal. • ~ ~~ ~ • The Services provided hereunder are subject to the rates, terms and conditions set forth in (1) CTC's applicable Tariffs on file with the appropriate regulatory authorities (if the Service is tariffed) and (2) this Master Agreement, including, without limitation, those Service Orders , terms and conditions and exhibits attached hereto.
