Polk, being 250 feet south of the intersection of said IIighway with the Charlotte-Albemarle Highway, and bounded as follows: BEGINNING at an iron stake on the east side of the Concord-Monroe Highway and in the line of Widenhouse (said iron stake being N. 80-45 E. 23.6 feet from the east edge of the pavement of said Highway) and runs thence with the line of Widenhouse N. 80-45 E. 100.00 feet to an iron stake, a new corner in the line of Widenhouse; thence, two new lines as follows: S. 15-23 W. 50.0 feet to an iron stake; thence S. 80-45 W. 100.0 feet to an iron stake on the east side of the concord-Monroe Highway; thence with the east side of said Highway N. 15-23 E. 50.0 feet to the BEGINNING. See Book 267, page 157 for reference. TRACT TWO: Lying and being in No. 10 Township, Cabarrus County, adjoining the lands of 4Videnhouse, C.L. Polk and Union Lodge No. 618, A.F. & A.M. and more particulazly described as follows: BEGINNING at an iron stake, comer of Union Lodge N. 618, A.F. & A.YI., in the line of Widenhouse (said stake being North 80-45 East 123.6 feet from the east edge of the pavement of the Concord-Monroe Highway); and runs thence with the line of Widenlnouse North 80-45 East 25 feet to a stake, a new comer in the line of Widenhouse; thence two new lines as follows: 15~ south 15-23 West 50 feet to an iron stake; 2°a South 80-45 West 25 feet to an iron stake, corner of Union Lodge No. 618, A.F. & A.M. and C.L. Polk; thence with the line of Union Lodge No. 618, A.F. & A.M., North 15-23 East 50 feet to the BEGINNING. Se Book 287, page 195 for reference. The puzpose of this deed is to correct the legal description contained in that General Warranty deed from the Trustees of Uriion Lodge No. 618 A.F. & A.M. to Barrett 0. Flowe dated December 30, 2004 and recorded January 3, 2005 in Book 5737, page 62. The property description attached to said deed was a scrivner's error and at no time has Barrett O. Flowe taken possession of the property described in the deed. The effective date of this deed is December 30, 2004. This deed is being filed simultaneously with a deed from Barrett O. Flowe to the Trustees of Union Lodge #618 A.F. 7 A.M. so that parties are vested with the correct pazcels of land. G3
