Polk, <br />being 250 feet south of the intersection of said IIighway with the Charlotte-Albemarle <br />Highway, and bounded as follows: <br />BEGINNING at an iron stake on the east side of the Concord-Monroe Highway and in <br />the line of Widenhouse (said iron stake being N. 80-45 E. 23.6 feet from the east edge of <br />the pavement of said Highway) and runs thence with the line of Widenhouse N. 80-45 E. <br />100.00 feet to an iron stake, a new corner in the line of Widenhouse; thence, two new <br />lines as follows: S. 15-23 W. 50.0 feet to an iron stake; thence S. 80-45 W. 100.0 feet to <br />an iron stake on the east side of the concord-Monroe Highway; thence with the east side <br />of said Highway N. 15-23 E. 50.0 feet to the BEGINNING. <br />See Book 267, page 157 for reference. <br />TRACT TWO: <br />Lying and being in No. 10 Township, Cabarrus County, adjoining the lands of <br />4Videnhouse, C.L. Polk and Union Lodge No. 618, A.F. & A.M. and more particulazly <br />described as follows: <br />BEGINNING at an iron stake, comer of Union Lodge N. 618, A.F. & A.YI., in the line of <br />Widenhouse (said stake being North 80-45 East 123.6 feet from the east edge of the <br />pavement of the Concord-Monroe Highway); and runs thence with the line of <br />Widenlnouse North 80-45 East 25 feet to a stake, a new comer in the line of Widenhouse; <br />thence two new lines as follows: 15~ south 15-23 West 50 feet to an iron stake; 2°a South <br />80-45 West 25 feet to an iron stake, corner of Union Lodge No. 618, A.F. & A.M. and <br />C.L. Polk; thence with the line of Union Lodge No. 618, A.F. & A.M., North 15-23 East <br />50 feet to the BEGINNING. <br />Se Book 287, page 195 for reference. <br />The puzpose of this deed is to correct the legal description contained in that General <br />Warranty deed from the Trustees of Uriion Lodge No. 618 A.F. & A.M. to Barrett 0. <br />Flowe dated December 30, 2004 and recorded January 3, 2005 in Book 5737, page 62. <br />The property description attached to said deed was a scrivner's error and at no time has <br />Barrett O. Flowe taken possession of the property described in the deed. <br />The effective date of this deed is December 30, 2004. <br />This deed is being filed simultaneously with a deed from Barrett O. Flowe to the Trustees <br />of Union Lodge #618 A.F. 7 A.M. so that parties are vested with the correct pazcels of <br />land. <br />G3 <br />
