CABARRUS COUNTY <br />BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS <br />AGENDA ITEM REQUEST <br />Meeting Date 3/26/07 Agenda Item # CT - <br />SUBJECT: <br />Consent Agreement -Melbourne Subdivision <br />BRIEF SUMMARY: <br />The Melbourne subdivision was given approval for two (2) years by the City of Kannapolis <br />Planning and Zoning Board on April 6th, 2005. On January 26th, 2007 the expiration date <br />of April 6th, 2007 was extended to April 6th, 2008. The project consists of 128 single-family <br />residential units on +/- 129.69 acres located on Trinity Church Road.
