Cabarrus Health Alliance Accomplishments 2006-07 <br />^ NACCHO Model Practice Award-One of 18 awarded nationwide <br />^ Recognized as one of Top 50 Innovations in Government by Harvard Kennedy <br />School of Government and the Ash Institute <br />^ Received the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation Common Ground Grant. The grant <br />is $600,000 over 3 years ($200,000/year).
