CABARRUS COUNTY <br />BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS <br />AGENDA ITEM REQUEST <br />Meeting Date 3/26/07 Agenda Item # F - ~ <br />SUBJECT: <br />Camp Dresser & McKee -Contract Amendment #28 for Landfill Closure Services <br />BRIEF SUMMARY: <br />Approval of Amendment #28 to the contract with Camp Dresser & McKee (CDM) for <br />engineering services totaling $109,750.00 is requested and relates to the closure of the <br />Cabarrus County Landfill. The orginal agreement with CDM is dated 2-14-91.
