General Assemblyin the last session approved anon-recurring increase in the amount of State <br />Aid to Public Libraries for FY2007. The increase for the Cabarrus County Public Library is $10240.00 <br />These funds will be used as follows: Harrisburg Library -install magnetic fire-door catches on two doors, <br />install in-wall book/mdia return, add telephone. Concord Library -purchase several items of equipment <br />including CD/DVD cleaning unit, furniture items, bookcarts.
