CABARRUS COUNTY <br />BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS <br />AGENDA ITEM REQUEST <br />Meeting Date 4/16/07 Agenda Item # <br />SUBJECT: <br />Purchase of Land Adjacent to Hickory Ridge High School for the Future Construction of a <br />New Middle School <br />BRIEF SUMMARY: <br />The Cabarrus County School Board has taken action and approved the purchase of the <br />land referenced above. See attached memo for details of this action. On December 18, <br />2006, the Board of County Commissioners also. approved this purchase and approved <br />payment of the land.
