CABARRUS COUNTY <br />BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS <br />AGENDA ITEM REQUEST <br />Meeting Date 5/21/07 Agenda Item # ~_ 3 <br />SUBJECT: <br />Consent Agreement -Roycroft Subdivision <br />BRIEF SUMMARY: <br />The Roycroft subdivision was approved by the Cabarrus County Planning and Zoning <br />Board on March 15, 2007. The project consists of 361 single-family residential units on +/- <br />262.42 acres located on Flowes Store Road. A consent agreement to address school <br />APFO requirements is required for the project to proceed. <br />The Board of Commissioners voted to table this item at its April 16th meeting to further <br />discuss the policy regarding the Adequate Public Facilities Ordinance. <br />REQUESTED ACTION: (Suggested motion if the Board approves the agenda item as presented) <br />Consider approval of the attached consent agreement and authorize the County Manager <br />to execute the agreement on behalf of Cabarrus County. <br />Attachments ^X Yes ^ No Expected Length of Presentation 5 Minutes <br />Submitted By: Kassie G.
