CABARRUS COUNTY <br />BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS <br />AGENDA ITEM REQUEST <br />Meeting Date 7/23/07 Agenda Item # r- <br />SUBJECT: <br />Adjustment to Sewer Easement off NC 73 East <br />BRIEF SUMMARY: <br />Cabarrus County granted a sewer easement to the City of Concord off NC 73 East <br />adjacent to Concord Middle School. The engineering for that line has been completed and <br />the sewer line will need to be located nearer to the highway than originally planned, forcing <br />the easement to be relocated.
