CABARRUS COUNTY <br />BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS <br />AGENDA ITEM REQUEST <br />Meeting Date 7/23/07 Agenda Item #r _ r1 <br />SUBJECT: <br />Voluntary Annexation Request for the Northwest Area High School Property <br />BRIEF SUMMARY: <br />By agreement with the City of Concord, properties within their 5 year annexation area must <br />be considered for voluntary annexation if they will be provided with public water and sewer <br />services.
