CABARRUS COUNTY <br />BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS <br />AGENDA ITEM REQUEST <br />Meeting Date 7/23/07 Agenda Item # ~! - ~ <br />SUBJECT: <br />Recognition of Ed Phillips & Eric Hartsell of the Allen Volunteer Fire Department for <br />Services Rendered to Cabarrus County EMS Personnel During Race Weeks <br />BRIEF SUMMARY: <br />For the past several years, Ed Phillips and Eric Hartsell have provided chef services to <br />County, EMS and Law Enforcement agencies, working at Lowes Motor Speedway. The <br />services provided have proven to be a great help in assuring personnel are well fed while <br />working extremely long hours. They have unselfishly provided their own equipment and <br />time to carry out this mission, without cost to the County.
