Determination <br />The determination of whether public facilities are adequate is made as pppprt of <br />theprocedure for approvingthe Reservation of Capacity Certificate application <br />Isee Criteria <br />3. Decision <br />The Reviewing Agency's decision must include the following, based upon the <br />application and evidence in the record: <br />development <br />the extent of the impact of the proposed development in the <br />applicable Impact Areas• <br />• the Capacity of existing Public Facilities in the Impact Areas that <br />will be impacted by the proposed development; <br />• the demand on existing Public Facilities in the Impact Areas from <br />existing and approved development; <br />• the availability of Existing Capacity to accommodate the proposed <br />development; and <br />• if Existing Capacity is not available, Planned Capacity and the year <br />in which such.
