The main activity is housing <br />rehabilitation. Cabarrus County has been active in this program for over a decade and the <br />necessary match funds were approved as part of the 2007-2008 Cabarrus County Budget. <br />REQUESTED ACTION: (Suggested motion tf the Board approves the agenda item as presented) <br />Approve the Agreement for the Execution of a Home Investment Parterships Program <br />between Cabarrus County and the City of Concord for the FY 07-08 HOME program in the <br />amount of $132,471.00.
