Cabarrus County, NC ~ Adequate Public Facilities Ordinance <br />for parcels that are not part of a subdivision, development with <br />approved site plans or building permits. <br />'Anticipated" means the permitted development that is expected to proceed to <br />construction and occupancy over a given time period.
