CABARRUS COUNTY <br />BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS <br />AGENDA ITEM REQUEST <br />Meeting Date 8/20/07 Agenda Item # - ~ a <br />SUBJECT: <br />Approval of the Cabarrus Health Alliance Sublease Agreement Renewal <br />BRIEF SUMMARY: <br />This is a renweal of the sublease agreement for the portion of the Human Services <br />Building (33,889 square feet) occupied by the Cabarrus Health Alliance. The initial lease <br />term will be one year beginning July 1, 2007 through June 30, 2008 with an initial basic <br />rent of $205,028.58 for Fiscal Year 2008. <br />REQUESTED ACTION: (Suggested motion lithe Board approves the agenda item as presented) <br />Approval of the Cabarrus Health Alliance Sublease Agreement in the amount of <br />$205,028.58 for Fiscal Year 2008.
