AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE CABARRUS COUNTY <br />ZONING ORDINANCE (C2007-08-ZT) <br />BE IT ORDAINED that the Cabarrus County Zoning Ordinance is hereby amended as follows: <br />DELETE Chapter 8, Section 28 <br />ADD new chapter 8, Section 28. <br />Amend Table in Section 3-8 to add co-locations as a permitted based on standards use. <br />Amend Table 2 in Chapter 7 to add co-locations. <br />Amend Table 3 in Chapter 8 to add Wireless Telecommunications Services. <br />Adopted this the 17"' day of September, 2007 by the Cabarrus County Board of <br />Commissioners. <br />Robert W.
