Architectural modifications and enhancements to fhe exterior design of the Housing Building, based on the <br />compromise reached between the County and the City of Concord, to comply with the terms of the Conditional Use <br />Permit. Modifications to the design included changing exterior wall material from precast concrete to brick, <br />developing articulated brick patterns on the building and changing the material of the Connector from metal patiels <br />to Glass Fiber Reinforced Concrete (GFRC) panels. Thirty-five sheets of revised drawings include building <br />cleva«ons, building sections, wall sections, wall and window details, floor plans and enlarged floor plans: <br />2. Civil Engineering scope changes associated with site permitting by NCDENR and the City of Concord including <br />water and sewer, erosion control, curbs along Corban Avenue and parking lot grading revisions. <br />The following adjustments shall be made to compensa[ion and time. <br />(Insert provisions in nccordance with the Agreement, or as otherwise ngreed by the parries.) <br />Compensation: <br />Stipulated Sum as follows: <br />I.
