All seven council members were present. "Basically, what they (Prosperity Unlimited) want to try to do is begin <br />Contact Us some housing production in the Jane Street area," said Gary Wilson, Community <br />Salisbury Post Development Director for the city of Kannapolis. <br /> Funds from the grants helped purchase nine lots during the past year, Wilson said. "I can only hope that this will improve this year," <br />Cauthen said. <br /> "I would like to see an improvement and reduction in complaints by developers and a <br />- little closer supervision of the Planning Board.." Cauthen said. "That is the business the city is in ... and that should be our mission;' Haas said. "I think <br />+BYy <br />' the level of service has to improve and has to be maintained, has to grow and get <br /> better.
