CABARRUS COUNTY <br />BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS <br />AGENDA ITEM REQUEST <br />Meeting Date 9/17/07 Agenda Item # ~-1 <br />SUBJECT: <br />Appointments of Liaisons to Municipal Boards <br />BRIEF SUMMARY: <br />The Board made a number of appointments to miscellaneous boards and committees in <br />January and a list of those appointments are included for informational purposes. At that <br />time, the appointment of liaisons to municipal boards were to be made at a later date. The <br />last appointments of liaisons to municipal boards were made in January 2005 and are as <br />follows : Carruth -Concord, Juba -Kannapolis, Carpenter -Harrisburg, Freeman - Mt. <br />Pleasant and Privette -Midland and Locust. <br />REQUESTED ACTION: (Suggested motion if the Board approves the agenda item as presented) <br />Consider the appointment of Board members to serve as liaisons to the following municipal <br />boards: Concord City Council, Kannapolis City Council, Harrisburg Town Council, Mt. <br />Pleasant Board of Commissioners, Midland Town Council and Locust City Council.
