CABARRUS COUNTY <br />BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS <br />AGENDA ITEM REQUEST <br />Meeting Date 9/17/07 <br />Agenda Item # ~- i-~- <br />SUBJECT: <br />Parks Department -Proposed Organizational Structure <br />BRIEF SUMMARY: <br />After reviewing the Parks Department's organizational structure and direction, the following <br />reorganization is requested: (1) Reclassify the existing Park Development Manager <br />(Position # 8110002) to a Park Program Manager; (2) Change the job responsibility/title <br />change for the Athletic Program Supervisor (Position # 8110003) to a Park Program <br />Manager; and (3) Establish a new Park Program Supervisor (Position # 8110004). No <br />additional funds are required to implement the proposed organizational structure.
