9. That Nolim has invested to date the sum of SIX HUNDRED THOUSAND <br />DOLLARS ($600,000.00) towards the total costs of this project and will ultimately be <br />responsible for at least a total of EIGHT HUNDRED EIGHTY-TWO THOUSAND SIX <br />HUNDRED AND TWENTY-EIGHT DOLLARS ($882,628.00) plus the costs of <br />additional contingencies to be determined. That Nolim's investment in this project in <br />addition to its share of "hard" costs includes engineering fees, permitting fees, design <br />fees, management fees, surveys, legal and other associated costs and contingencies <br />incurred for the project. <br />10. That the County proposes to invest SLX HUNDRED THOUSAND <br />DOLLARS ($600,000.00) towards the "hard" costs of this project. <br />11. That the remaining SDC HUNDRED THOUSAND DOLLARS ($600,000.00) <br />towards the "hard" costs of this project will be invested by the City of Concord by a <br />separate and simultaneous agreement with Nolim. <br />12. That the sharing of the expenses of this project by the County will make the <br />International Business: Park prepared for further industrial/office development and more <br />competitive for regional development projects, which in turn will create a substantial <br />increase in the taxable property inventory for the County and employment opportunity <br />growth for its citizens.. <br />13. That Nolim intends to guarantee the County's investment in this project by <br />developing and/or rectuiting at least THIRTY MILLION DOLLARS ($30,000.000.00) of <br />new investment tax growth in both taxable real and personal property from the real <br />property served by the Fortune Drive street extension project. <br />~'~ <br />
