NOTICE OF ADOPTION <br />UNIFORM SCHEDULES OF VALUES, STANDARDS, AND RULES <br />AND <br />PRESENT-USE VALUES <br />FOR <br />2008 COUNTY-WIDE REVALUATION <br />TAKE NOTICE that, at the regularly scheduled meeting of the Cabarrus County Board of <br />Commissioners held on October 15, 2007, an Order was issued adopting and approving the unifonn <br />schedules of values, standards, and rules to be used in the reappraisal of real property in Cabarrus <br />County at its true value and at its present-use value each beginning January 1, 2008. The schedules <br />are open to examination in the office of the Cabarrus County Assessor, Cabarrus County <br />Governmental Center, 65 Church Street, S. E., Concord, North Carolina and on the County's <br />website at http://www.cabarruscounty.us. Any property owner who asserts that the schedules are <br />invalid may except to the Order and appeal therefrom to the Property Tax Commission no later than <br />November 19, 2007, which is not less than thirty days after the first publication of this notice. <br />This 15°i day of October 2007. <br />Robert W.
