CABARRUS COUNTY <br />BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS <br />AGENDA ITEM REQUEST <br />Meeting Date 10/15/07 Agenda Item # G' ~ <br />SUBJECT: <br />Locust Subdivision - APFO Alternative <br />BRIEF SUMMARY: <br />Red Bridge Subdivision, developing under Locust jurisdiction in Cabarrus County, is <br />subject to the county APFO. For a number of reasons, it is unclear which level of APFO <br />payment applies.
