CABARRUS COUNTY <br />BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS <br />AGENDA ITEM REQUEST <br />Meeting Date 10/15/07 <br />Agenda Item # G - i a <br />SUBJECT: <br />Consent Agreement -Rustic Canyon (Phase 2) Subdivision <br />BRIEF SUMMARY: <br />The Rustic Canyon (Phase 2) subdivision project was approved by the Cabarrus County <br />Planning and Zoning Board on June 7, 2007. The project consists of 238 single-family lots <br />on +/-159.19 acres and is located on Zion Church Rd. A consent agreement to address <br />school APFO requirements is required for the project to proceed. The Board tabled this <br />item at its agenda meeting on August 6th and asked staff to work with the developer on ar <br />alternate phasing schedule.
