3. Review criteria. <br />a. In determining whether a proposed home is similar in appearance, <br />the following elements shall be considered. At least one of the <br />elements of the proposed home must differ from each existing or <br />permitted home. <br />b. Number of stories; <br />c. Garage location; <br />d. Articulation of front facade. <br />4. Review procedure. <br />a. Applicant shall provide a copy of the Covenants, Conditions and <br />Restrictions for the proposed subdivision at part of the preliminary <br />plat review process that addresses the standards established in this <br />section related to anti-monotony. <br />b. A subdivision or phase of a subdivision may be reviewed as a whole <br />for conformity with this requirement, provided that adequate <br />documentation to ensure conformity is submitted with the plat. <br />c. The County shall review the submitted documentation and make a <br />determination. Where the County finds that a home for which a <br />building permit is being requested is similar in appearance based on <br />the standards above, the permit shall be denied. <br />F. Garage location. <br />1. Applicability. <br />On lots of less than one acre, garage placement shall match one of the <br />following garage standards. <br />2. Garage Standards <br />a.
