CABARRUS COUNTY <br />BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS <br />AGENDA ITEM REQUEST <br />Meeting Date 11/19/07 Agenda Item # E-\ <br />SUBJECT: <br />Tax Increment Financing (TIF) -Interlocal Agreement <br />BRIEF SUMMARY: <br />Staff met with the County's bond counsel and underwriter on November 13 to review <br />comments from Kannapolis' bond counsel pertaining to the Interlocal Agreement (IA). The <br />final version of the IA was not available at the time of Agenda distribution. The County's <br />bond counsel and underwritier will prepare a resolution identifiying the County's <br />responsibilites for the Board's consideration.
