• GIS Integratlon :GIS Integration will require ArcGIS Server 9.2 from ESRI and <br />will include: <br />o The ability to identify on a map, a parcel or parcels that have been- <br />identified in the CAMA application. <br />o The ability to select a parcel or parcels on the map and select the parcel(s) <br />in the new CAMA application. <br />• Workiiow: Workflow queues (or Workflow Types) will be defined by the user. <br />Workflow types could include items such. as: <br />o Property Transfer <br />o Sales Analysis <br />o Building Permit Analysis <br />A minimum of two levels of users will be supported by the workflow system: <br />o Manager <br />o Clerk <br />Clerk level users will have the ability to view and select workflow items that have <br />been assigned to their user as well as unassigned items in the workflow queues to <br />which the user has access. The clerk will then be able to update the workflow item <br />with one of several actions yet to be determined such as: <br />o completed <br />o move to a different Workflow Queue <br />o escalate to manager <br />o etc... <br />Manager level users will have expanded actions that can be used with Workflow <br />Items such as assign and un-assign. Manager level users will be able to apply <br />actions to multiple Workflow Items at the same time.. <br />Workflow types will be associated with a set of steps which will be configurable <br />by the user. As each step is completed, the workflow wilt advance to the next <br />step. Each step will support the ability to advance to an alternate step when <br />specific condition8 exist. <br />• Query Builder: An interface to build custom queries will allow the user to select <br />from one or more data items within logically organized tables. Once the query is <br />created, it can be Saved and retrieved at a later time. <br />• .Query on any field (enter parameters on the data entry screen): Data entry <br />forms will support the ability to perform queries based on selection criteria <br />entered in the fields. available on the form. <br />• On-Line help: Tle application interface will include a link to the help system. <br />The help system will be the equivalent of a user manual. <br />• Mass Change Ability: The user will have the ability to select multiple records <br />G-lti <br />6 <br />
