Black and Dr. James R. Haviland ended on January <br />10, 2006. Mr. Black has served one 6-year term and Dr. Haviland has served two 6-year <br />terms or 12 consecutive years. The Authorify meets only as needed and there has not <br />been a meeting in the last several years. In the past, the Board has appointed members to <br />two consecutive 6-year terms.
