This ordinance calls for the appointment of an advisory board of no less than <br />7 members. The following appointments are recommended: 3-year terms- Vicky Porter <br />and Randy Fisher; 2-year terms - Jerry Pless, Louis Suther (Nominee of Cabarrus Soil & <br />Water Conservation District) and Marvin Bost; and 1-year terms - Ned Hudson (Nominee of <br />St. John's Grange) and Larry Taylor. In addition, the Planning and Zoning Commission <br />Eastern Area Representative (Tommy Porter) will serve as an ex-officio member. <br /> <br />REQUESTED ACTION: (Suggested motion if the Board approves the agenda item as presented) <br />Approval of recommended membership with terms to end on January 31 of the years <br />2007, 2008 and 2009. <br /> <br />Attachments IZI Yes 0 No Expected Length of Presentation <br />Submitted By: Deborah G.
