The following companies submitted the formal bid amounts: Companies Bid Amounts 1. Ike's Construction, Inc. 2. Liles Construction Company, Inc. 3. Eagle Wood, Inc. 4. United Construction, Inc. 5. T.K. Browne Construction Co., Inc. 6. Sealand Contractors Corp. 7. Streamline, LLC $ 586,065.50 596,693.00 639,079.80 702,850.00 715,460.53 1,363,188.00 1,531,433.00 Cabarrus County Parks and Recreation Department recommends the Cabarrus County Board of Commissioners consider awarding the site work at Pharr Mill Road Park to overall low bidder Ike's Construction Company for $586,065.50. Ike's Construction Company has completed other park projects successfully in the past. These recommended fund amounts are within the two Cabarrus County Matching State (PARTF) and Federal (LWCF) grants for Pharr Mill Road Park. No additional Cabarrus County funds are requested for this contract award. In addition to awarding the bid, Cabarrus County Parks and Recreation Department requests of the Cabarrus County Board of Commissioners to authorize the Cabarrus County Manager to provide the necessary County signatures on the site work F-L,
