Brown Construction Company <br /> <br />$158,560 <br />173,900 <br />198,897 <br />219,844 <br /> <br />Cabarrus County Parks and Recreation Department recommend the Cabarrus County <br />Board of Commissioners consider awarding the contract agreement for restrooms/picnic <br />building at Pharr Mill Road Park to overall low bidder Ike's Construction Company, Inc. <br />for $158,560. Ike's Construction Company has completed other park projects <br />successfully in the past. This recommended fund amount is within the Cabarrus <br />County Matching State (PARTF) Grant budget for Pharr Mill Road Park. No additional <br />Cabarrus County funds are requested for this contract agreement <br /> <br />Cabarrus County Parks and Recreation Department requests of the Cabarrus County <br />Board of Commissioners to authorize the Cabarrus County Manager to provide the <br />necessary County signatures on the restrooms/picnic building contract agreement with <br />Ike's Construction Company, pending Cabarrus County Attorney's review. <br /> <br />Please feel free to contact me if you have any questions.
