The purchase cost of a "remount" <br />ambulance is $55,000.00. Due to the sale of surplus transportation vans, $31,750.00 is <br />available to assist with the purchase of the ambulance. To cover the remaining amount <br />needed to purchase the ambulance, a budget amendment for the amount of $23,250.00 is <br />necessary.
