Since the liability lies with the County on both sides, no insurance <br />reimbursement will be received for the damage. In order to replace the vehicle, a transfer <br />of funds from the liability account is needed to fund the replacement vehicle. <br /> <br />REQUESTED ACTION: (Suggested motion if the Board approves the agenda item as ptMented) <br />Approve the budget revision authorizing the transfer of funds from the liability fund to <br />cover the replacement cost of a new vehicle. <br /> <br />Attachments !&I Yes D No Expected Length of Presentation <br />Submitted By: Pamela S.
