These minutes were approved on <br />12119/05. The recording of the 9/19/05 was reviewed for clarification and a technical <br />correction is requested to delete the word "contract" and insert the phrase "selection of the <br />Construction Manager at Risk" in the following sentence: The Attorney with lOG had <br />recommended that Commissioner Juba not vote on the contract and she had recused <br />herself from the vote. <br /> <br />REQUESTED ACTION: (Suggested motion if the Board approves the agenda Item as presented) <br />Approve technical correction to the minutes of September 19,2005 (Minute Book 29, Page <br />329, Paragraph 5 of (D) Informal Public Comments) deleting the word "contract" and <br />inserting "selection of the Construction Manager at Risk."
