Box 707 <br />Concord, NC 28026-0707 <br /> <br />Re: Utility Easement at Pitts School Road Elementary School <br /> <br />Dear John: <br /> <br />The Cabarrus County Board of Education met on Monday, March 13, 2006 and reviewed <br />a request from CTC regarding a utility easement at Pitts School Road Elementary School. <br />The Board of Education approved the request and asked that it be forwarded to the <br />County Commissioners for their approval at their next meeting. <br /> <br />Our Board further requested that the $3,000 to be paid by CTC for the easement be <br />returned to Cabarrus County Schools for needed capital requests from Pitts School Road <br />Elementary School.
