Sentenced Offender Program Goals and Objectives Description <br /> <br />(Refer to CJPP Legislation as a guide to the definitions of Goals and Objectives) <br />State the GOALS of the program in terms of the long-term effect the program <br />is designed to have, and a list of measurable OBJECTIVES to meet those goals. <br /> <br />Goals Objectives to meet Goal <br /> <br />Provide the following information regarding program services: <br />[A] 1. What was the actual TOTAL number of people served during FY 2004 - 2005? <br />2. What is the estimated TOTAL number of people to be served during FY 2005 - <br />2006? * <br />3. What is the estimated TOTAL number of people to be served during FY 2006 - <br />2007? * <br /> <br />To reduce recidivism among <br />offenders with substance abuse or <br />dependency problems. <br /> <br />To assist those offenders with <br />identified substance abuse problems <br />to successfully complete a treatment <br />expenence. <br /> <br />Promote the effective use of <br />State/County non-profit agencies <br />who are involved in Community <br />Corrections. <br /> <br />To reduce the number of probation <br />revocations at each fiscal year, thus <br />reducing the cost to state and <br />counties for incarceration. <br /> <br />10. Program Capacity Data <br /> <br />No more than 10 percent of those who complete the CJPP <br />program will be convicted of a new criminal offense, <br />misdemeanor or felony, for one (1) year from day of <br />completion of the program. (Excluding minor traffic <br />offenses.) <br /> <br />At least 50 percent of offenders in CJPP successfully <br />complete the program. <br /> <br />All offenders enrolled in CJPP will participate in a <br />community support group, such as AA or NA, at least two <br />times a week.
