<br />weekly and required attendance at two Alcoholics Anonymous/Narcotic <br />Anonymous (AA/NA) meetings per week. Minimum therapy time 76 hours. <br /> <br />Phase Two - Continuing Care: Sixteen Weeks, two group sessions per <br />week, 1.5 hours per session, plus individual sessions every other week and <br />required attendance at three Alcoholics Anonymous/Narcotic Anonymous <br />(AA/NA) meetings per week. Minimum therapy time: 56 hours. <br /> <br />Phase Three - Aftercare: a minimum of twelve (12) weeks, one and a half <br />hour sessions per week, individual sessions as necessary, and continuing <br />attendance of four (4) Alcoholics Anonymous/Narcotics Anonymous <br />(AA/NA) meetings per week. This will be provided to the clients at no fee to <br />the county. Maximum therapy time: 20 hours. <br /> <br />C. Regular Outpatient Treatment (ROPT): The Provider shall provide each <br />Offender assessed to be an alcohol/drug abuser a four-month Multi-phase <br />RaPT consisting of a maximum of 52 treatment hours distributed as follows: <br /> <br />Phase One - Outpatient Treatment: (Offenders may be blended into <br />existing lOP Phase One) Eight weeks, two times per week, minimum of 1.5 <br />hours per session, a minimum of one individual session bi-weekly, and <br />required attendance at two Alcoholics Anonymous/Narcotic Anonymous <br />(AA/NA) meetings per week. Minimum therapy time: 28 hours. <br /> <br />Phase Two - Continuing Care: (Offenders may be blended into existing <br />lOP Phase Two) Eight weeks, minimum one session per week, 1.5 hours per <br />session, individual sessions as needed and continuing attendance at three <br />Alcoholics Anonymous/Narcotic Anonymous (AA/NA) meetings per week. <br />Minimum therapy time: 28 hours. <br /> <br />Phase Three - Aftercare: Offenders completing sixteen (16) weeks RaPT <br />may attend aftercare at no charge. <br /> <br />D. Duration of Treatment: The Provider agrees to deliver appropriate treatment <br />services to the client for the duration of the client's involvement in the Drug <br />Treatment program. <br /> <br />E. Content of Group Treatment Sessions: Group treatment sessions shall consist <br />of group education/skill building and group therapy. <br /> <br />F. Structure of Group Sessions: All treatment/education programs may be open <br />ended. However, a procedure shall be implemented to timely notify existing <br />groups of the pending entry of a new group member and to orient the new <br />group member into the open-ended treatment group. <br /> <br />2 <br />1="-/0 <br />
