The Clerk to the Bo.ard o.f Co.mmissio.ners is directed to. cause a no.tice o.f such public hearing, substantially in the fo.rm attached hereto. as Exhibit A, to. be published o.nce in a qualified newspaper o.f general circulatio.n within the Co.unty no.t less than 10 days prior to. said public hearing.
