<br />CABARRUS COUNTY <br />BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS <br />AGENDA ITEM REQUEST <br /> <br />Agenda Item # ~ <br /> <br />Meeting Date 5/15/06 <br /> <br />SUBJECT: <br />Sheriff's Office and Detention Center Fund - Appropriation of Funding to Meet Obligations <br />of Contracts Approved by the Board. <br /> <br />BRIEF SUMMARY: <br /> <br />The attached budget amendments update the capital budget to meet obligations from <br />Board-approved contracts and services for the Sheriff's Office and Detention Center <br />Project. Several line items had estimated budgets. Attached is a listing of all associated <br />costs known thus far (except the WSACC fee) for the project. Funding is provided by a <br />contribution from the Capital Reserve Fund in the amount of $329,536.
