<br />CABARRUS COUNTY <br />BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS <br />AGENDA ITEM REQUEST <br /> <br />Meeting Date 5/15/06 <br /> <br />Agenda Item # F- 9 <br /> <br />SUBJECT: <br />Cost Allocation Plan Award for Cabarrus County for the Fiscal Year ending 6-30-06, and <br />Optional Award for Fiscal Years ending 6-30-07 and 6-30-08. <br /> <br />BRIEF SUMMARY: <br /> <br />Attached is the bid tabulation from the 4-24-06 bid opening for the preparation of the <br />County's required Annual Cost Allocation Plan. Three companies were contacted and <br />responded with prices ranging from $8,000 to $9,500 for the FY 06-08 services. The <br />lowest responsible bidder was THM & Associates, Inc. with a three year pricing <br />commitment of $8,000.
