<br /> <br />April 5, 2006 <br /> <br />Dear Board of County Commissioners, <br /> <br />The Agricultural Advisory Board met on March 28, 2006 to review and take action on the 11 <br />pending applications for the CabalTLls County Voluntary Agricultural Districts. The Advisory <br />Board approved 10 applications and due to the growth area provision In the Agricultural District <br />Ordinance, there Is 1 application for your review and action. A copy of their application and <br />parcel map are included to assist you in your decision-making process. The Agricultural Advisory <br />Board voted to send this 1 application forward to you With their recommendation for approval. <br />The landowner is Leon Brown stough of stough Road in Concord. We believe that your <br />approval will demonstrate your commitment to Agriculture and the land owners of our community. <br />They felt strongly that this was important enough to submit an application. We hope you will <br />validate this belief and continue to support wise use of land which Is one of our most precious <br />natural resources.
