This equipment will be <br />available for the uSe by MPPRC, CCDOA, or rental groups, provided said items are <br />utilized inside the faqility; <br /> <br />8. CCDOA will pay one-half of utility costs for electricity, gas, water, and sewer and one- <br />fourth of trash collection costs; <br /> <br />9. CCDOA will follow the Cabarrus County Holiday Schedule and the Cabarrus County <br />School Systems' Inclement Weather policy for closings related to MPCEC operations; <br /> <br />10. other uses of this facility will be coordinated between MPPRC and CCDOA on a space <br />availability basis. <tCDOA will be responsible for scheduling use of the MPCEC by <br />outside groups anqJ/or individuals; reservations may be scheduled during regular <br />operating hours; <br /> <br />11. CCDOA and MPPRC jointly agree to take appropriate measures to maintain a sanitation <br />rating of 90 points or better (A) in order to meet the minimum requirements as established <br />by the North Carolina Division of Aging and Adult Services, and the United States <br />Department of Healtr and Human Services; <br /> <br />12. MPPRC agrees to provide CCDOA with access to the previously listed facility during the <br />specified times. MRPRC will be responsible for heavy cleaning and maintenance of this <br />facility; <br /> <br />13. that an advisory council shall be formed to address issues, needs, and future plans for the <br />MPCEC. Recommendations from this advisory council will be presented to the MPPRC <br />and CCDOA for con$ideration as they develop and implement the policies that will govern <br />the day-to-day operations of the MPCEC. This advisory council shall be comprised of <br />representatives to inblude, but not be limited to: <br />, <br />a) MPPRC Representative <br />b) CCDOA Advisory Board Representative <br />c) TownfTow,n Council Representative <br />d) CCDOA Staff <br />e) Community Representatives <br />f) Others as lappropriate <br /> <br />14. MPPRC and CCDO;A agree that the kitchen and office areas will be off limits to outside <br />groups or individual~ and therefore will not be included in any rental agreements; <br /> <br />15. MPPRC and CCDO* agree that neither organization/agency will be charged for use of the <br />facility outside of th~ costs provided herein; <br /> <br />16. MPPRC agrees to ptovide appropriate staff for events scheduled for their purposes; <br /> <br />f-l5 <br />
