The new Carl FUTT Elementary School projected to open in August 2007 will provide relief for Cox Mill Elementary School. Funding for these schools was approved in the 2004 School Bond, In the 15 Ycar Facility Plan a new middle school is included in the plan for 2011 in the northwest area that would relieve Harris Road but funding has not been identi lied. 7.
