Castrodale has made application for appointment to serve a <br />three-year term of office on the Cabarrus Health Alliance Board, to fill <br />the vacancy created by Ms. Wanda Douglas, whose term of office will <br />expire on June 30, 2006. Ms. Douglas, who has served as a CHA Board <br />member since 1997, has indicated that she does not plan to serve <br />another term of office. <br /> <br />Ms. Castrodale is a community health educator, with an interest in <br />prevention and early detection of chronic disease and oncology. Her <br />background in the healthcare field would be of benefit in her capacity <br />as a Cabarrus Health Alliance Board member. <br /> <br />The Cabarrus Health Alliance voted to approve the nomination of <br />Jessica Castrodale to fill the vacant seat effective June 30, 2006 for a <br />Public member. Would you please present the Board's request for the <br />appointment of Jessica D.
